Terms and
Conditions
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for your use of the
website and bookings located at www.cottage.welshholiday.co.uk ( welsh
cottage holiday ) and the
booking of the holiday home via welsh cottage holiday.
Agreement
The use of welsh cottage holiday constitutes your acceptance, without
modification, to the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in
this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you
should not book any holidays and leave the welsh cottage holiday site immediately.
Bookings of holidays
To place a reservation for Can yr Aderyn in Tai'n Lon a deposit of £50 per
holiday week is
requested. The deposit is non refundable.
The final payment is due 8 weeks before the start date of the booked
holiday. Upon payment further details i.e. transfer of keys for the
holiday home will be
provided.
Pets welcome by appointment and an additional payment of £15 per
week to cover additional cleaning costs.
Payments can be made via PayPal but we ask you to cover the fees
(usually 3.6% of the amount).
Damage to equipment and the property
Any damages to the property or to the equipment belonging to Can yr
Aderyn must be reported immediately to phone no. 0773 620 6612.
Damages by the tenants to the holiday property or equipment that belongs to
it must be paid in full by the tenant to its replacement value
unless otherwise agreed.
Hyperlinks to Welsh Cottage Holiday
The welsh cottage holiday website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other
parties. We do not control such websites and we take no
responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of,
their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not
imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained
in such websites.
Alteration of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter the Terms and Conditions from time to
time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and
Conditions accepted by you upon making a booking using the
welsh cottage holiday.
Complaints
For complaints about our service product or holiday home please contact us at
frankk@metronet.co.uk.
We shall endeavour to respond to complaints within 10 working days.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us
concerning its subject matter.
Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or
unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining
provisions shall remain in force.
General
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the law of England, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England.
